Products and Pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices and product availability at any time without prior notice. Typos and errors do happen — if we discover one, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and select wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay) where available. All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and identity verification at our discretion.
Age Restrictions
This site features dive bar branding and content related to alcoholic beverages. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase drinkware, bar-themed merchandise, or any product carrying alcohol imagery. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this age requirement.
Shipping
Orders placed before 2PM CST Monday–Friday typically ship the same day. See our Shipping Policy for full details. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Crew List / Loyalty Program
Membership in the Crew (Greenhorn through Plank Owner) is a courtesy program that we may modify or end at any time. Bar Tab Credits and “Lay a Gold Brick” contributions toward the future physical bar are forward-looking benefits that depend on the bar actually opening; while we intend to open the bar on the Floribama coast within approximately four years, these benefits are not guaranteed and have no cash value until redeemed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GullDiggers™, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this site or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
