Processing Time
Orders placed before 2PM CST Monday–Friday typically begin processing the same day. Custom-printed apparel (Printful fulfillment) ships in 2–7 business days from order. Stock items (stickers, koozies, drinkware) ship within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart and address.
Delivery Times
- Contiguous US: 3–7 business days after processing
- Alaska & Hawaii: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–28 business days, varies by country & customs
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on US orders over $75. Threshold applies at checkout to the contiguous 48 states.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account at any time to check status.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph it and email us within 48 hours. If tracking shows your package as delivered but it never showed up, file a missing package claim with the carrier first, then email us — we’ll help you sort it out.
International Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
