Refund Policy

We want every Gull Digger to love the gear. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn / unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging with tags attached (apparel)
  • You must have a receipt or order number

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, or used apparel
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Stickers, koozies, and other items under $10
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Bar Tab Credits, Gold Brick contributions, and Crew Card purchases (these support the future bar)

How to Return

Email us at gulldiggers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll send return instructions. Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with approval or denial. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong — contact us within 48 hours at gulldiggers@gmail.com with photos. We’ll replace it or refund you, no questions asked. We’ll also cover return shipping.

Exchanges

For size exchanges on apparel, the fastest path is to return the wrong size for a refund and place a new order for the right size. This avoids inventory holds and gets you wearing your gear sooner.
